1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for services or products purchased directly through our official website or approved channels.
2. Cancellation Window
You may request a refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the session or program has not yet begun.
3. Non-Refundable
Once a session, program, or retreat has started, refunds will not be provided.
4. Merchandise
Merchandise and physical products are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, if unused and unopened.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
